ITINERARY:

You will be picked up by local tour guide at the hotel.And we will take you to the Hoian local market.They will help you to communicate with the local traders in the market and show you how to select and buy the good quanlity food for the cooking class after that.

The tour continue from the market directly on to the bamboo basket boat on the canals of the TRA NHIEU Nipa forest.You will be immersed in the natural beauty of the Nipa palm forest and enjoy crab fishing.This is so cool! You have a chance to contemplate the river beauty in the countryside of Vietnam,the traditional way of catching fish as well as the lives of the hospitable fishermen here.

After such eco- tour activities, You will be welcome in the restaurant and participate in cooking classes with our Chefs within 2hours, the Chef will teach you how to cook Vietnamese food and share valuable information in Vietnamese cutural cuisine.Then You can enjoy Vietnamese food made by yourself. Cooking Recipes from the class will be made available to you so you can recreate them at home.
