Tourist will be picked up at their hotel’ loppy around 8 AM by our Tour guide with Bike. we start cycling to the rice Farm (about 6 km). On the way you will go through picturesque countryside roads with the rice field, nipa Palm forest, shrimp or fish farm…you will have opportunity to witness local Vietnamese rural life ,you can get up close and personal with the daily life of them, enjoy the fresh air with the nature. Stop at a local rice family, be welcome with Passion fruit juice and wet tissues. Following, be explained about the whole process of wet rice cultivation and answer any questions related to rice farming life that you may have. Then wearing farming clothes, traditional hat before getting into muddy rice field near the local house to working as a real farmer with friendly water buffalo , you also have a chance to enjoy a buffalo riding on the field for photo. The next step, local famer will demonstrate the whole process of wet rice growing with buffalo as following steps: -water the field by traditional way to make the soil to be soft -ploughing soil to make it to be soft and porous -Raking soil to make it to be flat, smooth -Then, we transplanting rice by hand, and show you harvesting techniques as well. Now, it is time for you to have a go with farmer’ help, these activities will help you have a real touch to our rice farming daily life. Go back to local house , taking a rest then learn how to making white rice (Rice product that is ready to cooking in Viet Nam ) by traditional way with some old hand machine in my house: Firstly : Separate rice grains from rice stalks , Next :Husking the rice to have brown rice – winnowing to separate brown rice from husk – sifting and pounding brown rice to make it become white rice – Then grinding white rice to get rice flour, and cooking rice pancake from rice flour .You will join a short rice pancake cooking class with the host – Last step is :Enjoy the Lunch with some specialties of our village : Local rice pancake

was cooked with shrimp and pork then serve with fresh organic vegetable and fish sauce, beef salad, Steamed rice eat with chicken’ meat, sautéed garlic spinach, Season fruits… The tour will be finished around 1- 1:30 P.M..
